Great Berry Year 4 Kites and Hawks
Welcome to Year 4 - Kites and Hawks!
We hope you had a lovely, relaxing summer break and are excited to begin your Year 4 journey. We have very exciting topics and activities coming up this half-term. In Geography, we will be learning about time zones and why we have day and night. In DT, we will be making our own electric fans. That links to our Science topic which is Electricity. Our P.E. topics this half term are gymnastics and football.
Please can we remind you that pencil cases are not needed. All of the equipment that the children need is provided in school. Please can they keep all of their personal equipment safe at home.
Children should not be bringing in toys or squishies from home, unless it has been agreed with the class teacher, because we don't want them to get lost or damaged in school.

Our P.E. days this half term are:
4 DHGP (Hawks): Mondays (indoors) and Fridays (outdoors).
4 EC (Kites): Wednesday (outdoors) and Thursday (indoors).
Children need to wear their P.E kit to school on their P.E. days. Please, do not wear earrings on your P.E. days and make sure your hair is tied up.
